BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - POLICE are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a male, whose lifeless body was discovered on Tuesday (Feb. 15).
Police have identified the deceased as 63-year-old Benson Ramplin of Old Road.
In a statement, police noted that they received a call after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday (Feb. 15) requesting assistance at Ramplin’s home.
When officers entered the house, they found Ramplin’s partially clothed body in his bedroom and the District Medical Officer arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead.
An autopsy is expected to be performed to determine the exact cause of death for the sexagenarian.
