On Sunday, 27th February at Dieppe Bay. Global Environment Facility, St. Kitts Coordinator, Ms. Ilis Watts handed over a set of keys to newly elected St. Kitts Nevis Amateur Radio Society President, Mrs. Patricia Williams. The brief ceremony culminated the SKNARS Radio Repeater Project, a very significant Project for the Federation, that was years in the making.

The St. Kitts Nevis Amateur Radio Society Radio Repeater Project consists of several repeater sites on both St. Kitts and Nevis. It was funded by a grant from the Global Environment Facility totalling forty-seven thousand US Dollars.
