BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (MARCH 10TH 2004) – Residents and nationals unable to be physically present at tonight’s “Face to Face 2004” will have an opportunity to discuss issues which affect the twin-island Federation with the Prime Minister and Members of his Cabinet.

Last year’s Face to Face received e-mails and calls from several places included New York, Orlando, Miami and the Bahamas.
