BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - POLICE are still seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jesus Valdez, who had escaped from Her Majesty’s Prison last week.
In a statement, police confirmed that Valdez, of Market Street, escaped from Her Majesty’s Prison in Basseterre, and this afternoon (May 22) they reissued a wanted bulletin for the escapee.
Police reminded that a warrant exist for his arrest for the offence of Escaping Lawful Confinement.
This is the second time the 20-year-old native of the Dominican Republic has escaped from lawful custody.
Last month, Valdez was on the run for 16 days before he was caught in the Newtown area.
