BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - TEAM St. Kitts and Nevis has departed the Federation for Antigua and Barbuda to compete at the Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) Championship.
The 12-member male team winged out this afternoon (Jul. 7) for the Championship which will serve off this evening, and runs until Saturday (Jul. 10).
According to a statement from the St. Kitts and Nevis Amateur Volleyball Association, the team comprises, Elkreen Morton, Zendai Richards, Nage Hendrickson, James Matthew, Everson Browne, Ajani Adams, Lemuel Chiverton, Aziel Belle, Kishaun Southwell, Clerique Ward and Jayden Sebastian.
The team is being coached by Rick Swan.
“We are excited that players from our youth programme are now in a position to represent our country in the senior category. Let's throw our support behind the squad!!” the statement read.
Team St. Kitts and Nevis is expected to swing into action tomorrow.
