BASSETERRE, ST KITTS: 1 December 2022 -- The Cable’s internet customers will experience double speeds as of December 2nd 2022. The company recently announced that it has doubled the speeds of its internet packages starting with the BOLT package and up. The best part of the reveal, however, is that customers will pay no extra cost for the increased speeds.
The company’s Chief Commercial Officer, Bibiana Hamilton Henry explained that there is nothing the customer has to do to qualify. “All our Internet customers qualify for our new Double Up Internet packages without lifting a stroke. Customers will experience twice the speed of their previous package, at the same existing price, provided their account balance is up to date. New customers who apply for Internet service starting December 2nd, will automatically be placed on the new packages.”
While the names of the packages will be unchanged, the company is emphasizing that this offer will not expire and that the new internet speeds will simply replace the existing ones. This means the that:
The 35 Mbps package has doubled up to 70 Mbps
The 60 Mbps package has doubled up to 120 Mbps
The 120 Mbps package has doubled up to 240 Mbps and
The 160 Mbps package has doubled up to 320Mbps.
Most importantly, the price remains the same for all packages.
CEO Pat Walters added, “We have not excluded our customers who are subscribed to the FLASH package because we believe that all our Internet customers should benefit from this historic initiative in St. Kitts. Their upgrade therefore automatically takes place when they clear their bills for three consecutive months using their Platinum Loyalty Mastercard.” She continued, “We have done everything to ensure that everyone shares in this double delight. For this reason, the Teachers and Health Pro Packs will also be upgraded from up to 100 Mbps to up to 200 Mbps at the same monthly price. Customers subscribed to the Creative Pack will continue to enjoy the highest package of up to 320 Mbps for only $97 per month, and our Small Business Customers will see their speed doubled from up to 100 Mbps to up to 200 Mbps.”
New customers can apply for these packages immediately and upon installation will receive the doubled-up speeds of their choice. To ensure that current customers do not miss out on this exceptional offer, The Cable advises customers to bring their account up to date by the end of December, 2022.
