BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- WHEN the dust settled in Antigua and Barbuda shortly before 3:00 a.m., the Gaston Browne-led Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party has retained the government in St. John’s.
Though the counting still continues, it was reported that the ABLP has won nine of the 17 between the two islands.
Vote counting continues in several constituencies.
