BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THIS Saturday (Nov. 21), if you are alive and well and miss out on the party of the year, blame no one but yourself. That’s right, the time is here again when everyone’s favorite radio personality Leslie ‘Sugar Bowl Morton will be hosting his annual birthday bash.
Although the SKNVibes PEP Radio DJ prefers his age to remain a secret to his fans and many supporters, he said he would love for them to come out and celebrate with him in this once-a-year event.
“It’s that time when I get to have fun and socialise with fans, friends and family and, at the same time, have food and music,” Morton said. He added that it is basically the same thing every year and it is just a way of saying thank you to the fans.
The three top bands out of St. Kitts - Nu Vibes, Small Axe and Grand Masters - will rock the outside of the Club Kactus venue giving party lovers what they have been waiting for since the various band drama throughout the year. Meanwhile, Sister Sensia, DJ Yardy and Evolution will heat things up on the inside of the club.
Food lovers can also eat as much as they want as free food will be provided by Watch No Face, Village Snackette, De S & M Snackette and BCA. If that is not enough, then there are also many prizes to be won including phones, phone cards, CD’s and DVD’s.
The party comes alive from 10:30 p.m and the earlier you are the better, as $25 gets you in before 1:00 a.m. but $30 after.
On Friday, November 27 fans in Nevis will get their own special piece of the bowl when part two of the Sugar Bowl Birthday Bash kicks off at Club De Javu with the Odessy Band, Evolution and Reck Life.
