BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - TWO persons are currently hospitalised with broken limbs following a traffic accident in the Southeast Peninsula on Sunday (June 4).
Police, in a media statement, said the accident occurred between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. at the junction of Christophe Harbour Road and involved Motorcycle PB 4485, owned and was driven by Nicholas Joseph of St. Peter’s, and Motor-jeep PA 8981, owned and driven by Don Rong Zhang of Sprott Street.
Preliminary reports, according police, indicated that the Motorcycle had collided with the rear of the Motor-jeep and resulted in Joseph sustaining a broken leg while his pillion rider, Deritza Browne of Lower Monkey Hill, sustained a broken arm.
