BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - CONCERNS are being raised on the frequency of criminal activities occuring in the Federation on a regular basis, as only yesterday (June 21) armed bandits had robbed RAM’s Cash and Carry Supermarket in Bird Rock.
A release from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force stated that the robbery occurred between 3:30 and 4:00 yesterday afterno.
It also stated that preliminary investigations revealed that three armed, masked men had rushed into the business establishment and stole an undisclosed sum of money from the cash stations and vault before making good their escape in a getaway vehicle.
Investigations into this robbery are ongoing.
