BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - ANOTHER Semi-Automation Pitol was found by members of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force following a search operation in the Irish Town area on Friday (Aug. 4).
During the joint operation, personnel from the Anti-Narcotics Unit of the RSCNPF and the St. Kitts and Nevis Customs K-9 Unit discovered a Semi-Automatic Pistol with nine .40 calibre rounds of rounds.
The Crime Scene Unit had processed the scene and the firearm and ammunition were taken into police custody.
No one was held accountable for the find and the police are asking anyone who might have information that could assist with this and other criminal matters to call the nearest police station.
