BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - HAVING made progress into the shooting-death of Jermaine Jules, who was gunned down in St. Paul’s back in July, police have charged Kelvon Dickenson of Lover's Lane, St. Paul's with the capital offence.
The incident occurred between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday (Jul. 19) when an assailant fired a number of shots in Jules’ direction while he was riding his bicycle on Rawlins Avenue.
He was struck multiple times and succumbed to his injuries at the sceme of the crime.
According to a media statement from the Police Force, Dickenson was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on Saturday (Aug. 5).
