Kittitian among seven (7) successful recruits in LLA Graduate Program

    Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis – August 25, 2023
    – Flow St. Kitts & Nevis is proud to welcome Mr. Jalen Monzac, who joins the business as part of the Commercial team effective August 1, 2023, through the company’s Graduate Recruitment Program.

     

    The Liberty Latin America (LLA) Graduate Program is available across the company’s regional footprint and is open to recent university graduates with less than 2 years of experience and the potential for rapid advancement. Over the course of 24 months, participants engage in a series of challenging projects, immersive learning workshops, and mentoring experiences that equip them for managerial positions in the company’s various market operations.

     

    Vice President, People for C&W, Dom Boon said, "we are thrilled to welcome these promising young people to the C&W family. The Graduate Program plays a pivotal role in our efforts to invest in and shape the next generation of leaders. These graduates represent the future architects of our company and the wider Caribbean region."

     

    Jalen is one of seven (7) exceptional young people from the Caribbean selected for the Graduate Program. He is a driven and passionate professional who holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons) from the University of the West Indies as well as a CAPE Associates of the Arts in Business Studies from Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC). 

     

    Beyond his professional pursuits, Jalen’s passion lies in advocating for youth development and engagement in all levels of decision-making. He holds prestigious positions in the Saint Kitts National Youth Parliament Association and currently serves as the Federation’s CARICOM Youth Ambassador. His dedication to fostering youth involvement in his community is a testament to his commitment to driving positive change. 

     

    The 2023 Caribbean selectees also include Raven Massiah from Barbados, Odane Blidgen, Chelsey Cunningham, and Sherice Preddie from Jamaica, Shania Alexander from Trinidad & Tobago, and Kaneisha Johnson from The Bahamas. 

     

    Flow St. Kitts & Nevis Country Manager Ms. Lorraine Mitchell expressed a warm welcome and noted Mr. Monzac’s passion and enthusiasm will assist greatly in delivering market efforts in collaboration with the company’s Commercial Manager. “Not only do we expect Jalen to be instrumental in executing commercial efforts, but we also predict he will prove to serve our customers well.”
