BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS – 2 December, 2009 - The Christmas season is off to a fabulous start for four lucky LIME customers who won cash and other exciting prizes in the first prize draws of LIME’s 2009 Christmas Promotion.
LIME recently unveiled its “Christmas Goodie Bag” campaign which, in addition to offering customers the chance to win cash, attractive gifts, mobile handsets and petrol vouchers also includes a text-to-win competition offering instant prizes and discounts on practically all of LIME’s products and services.
Among the promotion’s early winners is Gail Cranstoun who qualified for the draw when she topped up her LIME mobile. Gail who was ecstatic about her win said, “this supermarket voucher will come in handy for my Christmas shopping and the timing could not have been better.”
Also excited about her winnings was Catherine Williams who won a handset. Catherine said, “I have been a customer of LIME for a number of years and it is indeed gratifying to finally win something. I am truly grateful.”
Mr David Lake, Country Manager for LIME said, “The promotion is off to a great start-- but this is just the beginning. For the next four weeks many more people will have the chance to win prizes and cash from LIME in our prize draws and just about everyone who does business with us can claim an instant prize.”
To qualify for the weekly prize draw customers just have to top up their prepaid phones; pay any LIME bill in full and on time; talk for a total of three minutes in one day; sign up for a new service or upgrade an existing service; sign up for an E account or pay LIME bills by direct debit. Customers also have the option of texting “XMAS” to LIME (5463) to qualify for the draws and also for a chance to win instant prizes including DVD and MP3 players, diaries, toys, games and Michael Jackson CDs. Each text costs EC$1.
Prize draws will be held twice per week until January 6, 2010 when the grand draw, with a prize of EC$30,000 will take place.
