BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - KYLE HENDRICKS of St. Paul’s was yesterday (Oct. 9) sentenced to serve 17 years at His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge.
Police, in a media statement, said that Hendricks had appeared before His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, who handed down the sentence on two counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge that were reportedly committed on July 21, 2020.
Hendricks had received seven years on one count and 10 years on the other; both sentences are to run currently.
