BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - FOLLOWING the arrest and charge laid against Jahmal Kentish for a robbery he allegedly committed at InstaCash, police have charged another man in connection with the same crime.
He is Craig Mills of Kings Street, Basseterre, whom police in a media statement said was charged on Monday (Nov. 13) at the Basseterre Police Station with “Accessory to the Offence of Robbery”.
In a previous media statement, police informed that between 11:30hrs and 12:00hrs on Saturday, October 14, a robbery took place at InstaCash, located at the S.L. Horsford’s Commercial Complex in Basseterre.
It also informed that preliminary investigation indicated that a masked man had entered the establishment, held the clerk at gunpoint and stole an undisclosed sum of money and other items of value before making good his escape.
Approximately four days later, police had arrested Kentish of Stonefort Heights, Challengers and charged him on Friday (Oct. 20) on two warrants in the first instance for the offence of Robbery.
