BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - POLICE are said to be investigating a stabbing incident in the Phillips' area that resulted in the death of a young man.
Details are sketchy at this time, but the Police Force has confirmed the incident.
This incident has taken to 29, the number of homicides recorded in the Federation for the year.
