BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE court has sentenced Cabbage Tree resident Adrian Justin Bart to three years imprisonment for the offence of Indecent Assault.
According to the police, Bart had assaulted an 11-year-old female on July 3, 2019.
As a result, His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, handed down Bart’s sentence on Tuesday (Dec. 12) at the High Court in Basseterre.
