BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has confirmed that Abkim Bryan of Sandy Point has been sentenced to serve time in His Majesty’s Prison for Rape and Buggery.
These offences were committed on June 4, 2019.
The sentences, handed down on February 12th, 2024, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, saw Bryan receive 15 years in prison for rape, and six years for buggery.
Both sentences are set to run concurrently.
