BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- Police issued a brief statement today announcing the charging of well-known Attorney-At-Law, Craig Tuckett, for Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice.
In recent days, rumors circulated regarding the alleged arrest of a prominent attorney, although law enforcement neither confirmed nor denied these reports at the time.
In a media release issued on Sunday (Feb. 25), authorities revealed that Craig Tuckett, a resident of Bird Rock, had indeed been arrested and formally charged with the offense of Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice. The incident in question occurred on February 12th, 2024.
The police further stated that Tuckett was charged on February 23rd, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
