CHARLESTOWN, Nevis -- Police have confirmed that Jessup’s Village resident, Kishorn Swanston, has been charged in relation to the recent discovery of cannabis on Nevis.
While no specific details have been provided regarding the incident, law enforcement officials, in a media statement, disclosed that Swanston faces two charges: Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, and Importation of Cannabis.
According to the police, the alleged offences took place on February 29th, 2024, at Long Point, Nevis, with the charges officially filed on March 1st at the Cotton Ground Police Station.
