BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- POLICE have confirmed that a shooting incident earlier this evening (Apr. 15) has resulted in the death of an individual, with another sustaining injuries.
Shaquille Chumney tragically lost his life in the incident, which took place at the Fisheries Complex in Newtown between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Neal Nicholls sustained a leg injury during the incident.
Chumney's passing marks the ninth homicide recorded in the Federation this year.
