BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- Police have confirmed that the latest homicide victim is Keshawn Carty of Upper Saddlers Project, who was fatally shot last evening (June 10).
Although full details have not yet been released, police reported that the shooting occurred in the Saddlers area, resulting in one fatality.
This latest shooting incident has brught the number of homicides to 14 for the year.
