CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – POLICE have charged Akeem Dos Santos and Nicklus David in connection with a gas station robbery that occurred in May on Nevis.
Dos Santos, 25, of Church Ground, and David, 21, of Low Street, Nevis, were each charged on June 14 with one count of robbery of the Dayton Gas Station.
On May 6, an armed, masked assailant accosted the proprietor, stole a sum of money from the establishment, and fled the scene.
“The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is wholly grateful to the general public for its assistance in this matter. The Force is deeply committed to addressing incidents of robbery with the utmost seriousness and unwavering dedication to ensuring that justice prevails,” the police force said.
In its media statement, the police force emphasized the importance of community engagement and collaboration “in upholding the safety and security of our neighbourhoods.”
