BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — POLICE confirmed that three males have been charged with Possession with Intent to Supply after being found with cannabis.
The trio—Davin Phipps of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, St. Kitts; Xavier Dore of Pot Works, Nevis; and Antonio Pascal of Cotton Ground, Nevis—were each charged with Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Police reported that Phipps’ offense was committed on June 27, 2024, in St. Kitts, while Dore’s and Pascal’s offenses were committed on June 26, 2024, in Pot Works, Nevis.
Phipps was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on June 28, while Dore and Pascal were each charged at the Newcastle Police Station on Nevis.
