Basseterre, St. Kitts - Staff from across the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC), will once again come together to applaud employee excellence at the 2024 Black-tie Staff Awards Gala.
A Night of Recognition and Entertainment
This prestigious event serves to recognize the dedication, commitment, and achievements of the diverse staff across the Company. It promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with exquisite cuisine, an impactful motivational presentation by Ms. Sybil Welsh, a Senior Project Specialist, at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), cultural and live entertainment, all in an elegant setting, fostering the spirit of camaraderie, and togetherness.
Continuing the tradition set in 2023, at the 50th Anniversary Gala, the Sales and Service Excellence Awards will be presented in honour of former employees. The 2024 honourees are Mr. Sydney George Powell, former Assistant Manager, TDC Home and Building Depot (Nevis) and Mr. Howard McEachrane, Former Executive Director, who served with distinction and made their own unique contributions to the development of the company.
The heartwarming awards will be given to the deserving employees in the following categories:

According to Mr. Ernie France, Chairman of the Awards Committee, "Our annual Staff Excellence Awards Gala will allow the company to show our gratitude to our employees and celebrate them and the role they have played in the last financial year towards TDC’s success. We also have new additions to make the event even all all-encompassing, with the Department of the Year Award. The St. Kitts Masonry Products Limited (SKMP) staff will also join in our celebrations and will be recognized, as well. The Awards Committee, along with Human Resources Department are working together to truly acknowledge the outstanding efforts and hard work of all our valued staff.”
The St. Kitts Marriott Resort in Frigate Bay will play host to the event, under the theme, Honouring the Legacy, Building Resiliency, 51 Years - We are TDC, and will be held on Saturday 27th July 2024.
