BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — Police confirmed this morning that they have found the body of Conse Edwards, who had been missing for over a week.
In a brief statement to reporters, Deputy Commissioner of Police Cromwell Henry stated, “Unfortunately, he has been found deceased in a ghaut in the Saddler’s Mountain area.”
A missing person’s bulletin issued by the police indicated that the 76-year-old man was last seen on Thursday, August 1.
At the time of his disappearance, he was a resident of Stanley's Elderly Home in Saddler’s.
