BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- JAHEEM Nisbett, a resident of Upper Thibou Avenue, has been convicted and sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for firearm and ammunition possession.
The police announced today that Nisbett will serve four years and six months in prison. The offenses occurred on September 23, 2023, at Lower Prickley Pear Alley, Basseterre, St. Kitts, where Nisbett was found in possession of a Glock 23 handgun and 10 .40 caliber rounds of ammunition.
Nisbett pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced on August 26, 2024, by His Honour Mr. Reynold Benjamin at the District "A" Magistrate Court in Basseterre.
