BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — POLICE are said to beactively searching for 15-year-old Vincia Cannegeiter, who has been reported missing.
The police force has informed the press about the disappearance of the teenager but has not yet issued an official statement. It is reported that Cannegeiter may have been missing for over a week.
She was a resident of the New Horizon Rehabilitation Center.
