By: Staff Reporter, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — NEW charges have been filed in connection with the February killing of Upper College Street resident Jimmy Allen.

In a recent media statement, the police force announced that two additional individuals have been charged with murder in relation to the death of 29-year-old Allen.

On September 2, Antonio Pascal, 25, of Cotton Ground, Nevis, and Inon Nias, 33, of Greenlands, were each charged with Allen’s murder. This brings the total number of people charged in connection with this investigation to three. The first individual charged was 32-year-old Davin ‘Dagga’ Phipps of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, who was charged with murder on August 29, 2024.

Earlier this year, Allen sustained multiple gunshot wounds during a brazen daylight shooting that occurred between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4. Allen was approached by two armed assailants who exited a vehicle and opened fire.

Pascal’s most recent murder charge adds to four previous charges: one murder charge and two attempted murder charges from an incident on May 30, 2018, in Taylor’s Village, St. Kitts; and one charge of possession with intent to supply cannabis, which was filed on June 26, 2024, in Nevis.

Nias’s current murder charge is in addition to three previous charges: one for the murder of 31-year-old Shacquille Chumney of East Street, Newtown, St. Kitts, committed on April 15, 2024; one for possession of ammunition, committed on April 20, 2024; and one for possession of cannabis with intent to supply, also committed on April 20, 2024.
