BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- AS the government and law enforcement agencies work to address the growing crime problem, another homicide has been reported in the Federation.
Lavington Forbes of Hamilton Estate, Nevis, was shot and killed this afternoon outside his home. Details of the incident are still emerging, but police have confirmed the death.
This brings the total number of homicides in the Federation for the year to 26.
