BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — THE police have issued a Wanted Bulletin for Sandy Point resident Victor Challenger, who is wanted for Wounding with Intent.
According to the bulletin, which was issued this evening (Sept. 27), Challenger is a 30-year-old male who resides in The Alley, Sandy Point.
He is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, with black hair. He is wanted in connection with the offense of Wounding with Intent, which was committed on September 9.
The police disclosed that he was last seen today in The Alley, Sandy Point.
