ST. JOHN'S, Antigua – POLICE in Antigua and Barbuda are investigating the discovery of the body of Independent Member of Parliament Asot Michael, who was found dead this morning.
Media reports from Antigua and Barbuda state that the MP was found at his residence in Dry Hill. Preliminary information suggests foul play, as Michael was reportedly discovered in a pool of blood.
Until his death, he was serving as the Parliamentary Representative for St. Peter. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
