Basseterre, St. Kitts - The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) held its 51st Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 17 December 2024 at the St. Kitts Mariott Resort, in Frigate Bay.
The meeting held under theme, “Empowering Progress” was chaired by Mr. Earle Kelly, Chairman/CEO supported by the full board, updated shareholders about the company’s fiscal performance for the period February 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
The Annual Report was presented and featured the Report of the Directors and Board Committees and highlighted the impact the company has had on the lives of some of the Warren C Tyson Memorial Scholarship scholars, including Prime Minister the Honourable Dr. Terrance Drew.
The company’s financial report covered the fourteen-month period spanning February 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, as it transitioned from the year end of January 31st to March 31st, which included the following highlights:

The shareholders approved the directors’ recommendation to pay a dividend of $0.08 cents per share ($4,160,000), which is up 60% from the $0.05 cents per share ($2,600,000) approved and paid in 2023. They were fully engaged, participative and asked several pertinent questions, using the opportunity to make recommendations on how the company can continue to progress.
The board expressed its appreciation to all its stakeholders, customers for their continued patronage, and the employees for their dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service to foster continued growth and prosperity.
Immediately following the close of the business session, a cocktail reception was held where the directors interacted and engaged shareholders in light but meaningful conversation.
