BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — POLICE have announced that prominent attorney Craig Tuckett, who resides in Bird Rock, has been charged with three counts of Perverting the Course of Justice.
The police did not provide specific details about the nature of the crime in relation to Perverting the Course of Justice, as this offense can encompass a variety of criminal activities. However, they confirmed that the charges stem from actions committed between June 10 and June 30, 2024, at Rosemary Lane in Basseterre, St. Kitts. Tuckett was arrested on February 18, 2025, and charged at the Basseterre Police Station.
This is not the first time Tuckett has faced such charges. In February of last year, he was charged with a similar offense, related to an incident on February 12. He was granted bail following that charge.
