BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — WEST Farm resident Anthony Adams has been sentenced to prison following his conviction on one count of armed robbery and two counts of wounding with intent.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on June 18, 2019, in West Farm. Adams was initially charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, and wounding with intent.
Police reported that Adams was formally arraigned on June 29, 2024. He was found guilty on December 9, 2024, of armed robbery and both counts of wounding with intent.
On April 7, 2025, Adams was sentenced to 12 years for armed robbery and three years for each count of wounding with intent. The sentences are to run concurrently, and the time he spent on remand will be credited toward his sentence.
