Attention all Public Officials and Statutory Body representatives:
Please be reminded that the deadline for the filing of your 2024 Declarations is April 30, 2025. It is crucial that all relevant parties submit their declarations of income, assets, liabilities and private interests on time. Late filing, or failure to file a declaration can result in legal consequences inclusive of significant penalties and fines of up to EC $30,000. (Section 30 (1) as amended).
The Commission urges everyone who is required to file, to take this matter seriously and comply with the requirements to uphold transparency and integrity in our Nation’s public and private sectors.
Also note that all declarations must be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths, or a Notary Public, before filing at the Integrity Commission’s office.
