Basseterre, St. Kitts –May 13, 2025 -- On Saturday, 10th May, the Police Co-operative Credit Union (PCCU) officially announced its partnership with the Security Forces United Football Club and the National Intervention Team as the title sponsor of the Nu Generation Grassroots Football Program. The announcement was made during a launch event attended by parents, community partners, and enthusiastic young participants.
Mr. Tarique Hercules, Marketing and Member Relations Officer at PCCU, highlighted the significance of the initiative, describing it as more than just a football program. “This reflects our commitment to uplifting the youth of our nation,” said Mr. Hercules. “Beyond football drills and friendly matches, this program provides a structured and nurturing environment where young people can develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork.”

Among the attendees were several prominent stakeholders, including Commander (Ag.) of the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force-Mr. Kayode Sutton, Deputy Commissioner of Police- Mr. Cromwell Henry, Force Chaplain- Mr. Erickson Cumberbatch, President of Security Forces United Football Club- Mr. Marvin Payne, Program Coordinator- Insp John Bergan, Chairman of Police Sports Club - Insp Derell Boon, and FIFA Instructor- Lenny Lake.
