Nevisian killed in Craddock Road

By: Stanford Conway, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – IN spite of the many voices that offered prayers for peace and tranquility in the churches last night, residents of the twin-island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis awoke this morning (Jan. 1) to the execution-style death of a young man on Nevis.

Reports reaching SKNVibes state that 26-year-old Keithon ‘Pierce’ Stanley of Cole Hill was shot to death shortly after 6:00 this morning within a house in Craddock Road, Charlestown, Nevis.

This media house learnt that while Stanley was at his girlfriend’s home in Craddock Road, he was allegedly summoned by an uncle to take a message to someone who also lives in the same vicinity. However, while there, he was shot to the temple, which resulted in his death.

No one has so far been held in connection with his death but police investigations are ongoing.

Last year, 27 people were murdered; the highest ever recorded in the history of St. Kitts and Nevis. SKNVibes will provide readership with updates as the tragedy unfolds.
