Flow St. Kitts and Nevis Unveils Bold New Campaign: “Let Your Riddim Flow”

By: Flow, Press Release

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts & Nevis (June 16th, 2025) – Flow St. Kitts and Nevis has officially launched its vibrant new campaign, “Let Your Riddim Flow,” signaling the beginning of a bold new chapter for the brand. The campaign celebrates the rhythm, resilience, and identity of Kittitians and Nevisians and Flow’s commitment to powering that rhythm forward.

The launch event, held at Flow’s main office on Fort Street, Basseterre, brought together customers, partners, media, and community leaders for an immersive first look at the company’s renewed direction and vision for the future.

Lorraine Mitchell, Country Head of Flow St. Kitts and Nevis, described the campaign as both a cultural and strategic celebration:

“We’ve turned a bold new page — and we’re doing it with a rhythm that’s unmistakably Caribbean,” said Mitchell. “This isn’t just a campaign — it’s a connection. A connection to who we are, how we live, and how we move forward together. Flow St. Kitts and Nevis remains the brand you know and trust — but now, with more colour, more energy, and a louder, prouder beat. We’re inviting everyone to Let Your Riddim Flow.”

In a powerful nod to the Federation’s cultural heartbeat, Flow also announced a cash and in-kind contribution of EC$202,128.00 to the St. Kitts Music Festival, reinforcing its commitment not only as a telecommunications leader but also as a cultural partner and advocate.

“The St. Kitts Music Festival is a true reflection of who we are as a people — creative, passionate, and united through the power of music,” said Mitchell. “Our sponsorship is more than support; it’s a commitment to celebrating local talent, national pride, and staying connected to the rhythms that define us. We’re proud to stand behind what promises to be the biggest and most unforgettable festival yet.”

Sharisma Patrick, Marketing Executive at Flow, added: “As the campaign rolls out across media, events, and customer touchpoints in the coming weeks, we’re encouraging customers to keep engaging with us — because your feedback drives our progress. Flow St. Kitts is moving to a new beat - one that’s proudly Caribbean, undeniably Kittitian and Nevisian, and we need your voices as we build the beat.”

The campaign comes at a time of transformation across the region, with parent company C&W Communications now operating as Liberty Caribbean, part of Liberty Latin America. While the name may be new at the regional level, Flow remains Flow in St. Kitts and Nevis - backed by the same local team, now empowered by greater resources and renewed purpose.

Customers can expect a refreshed Flow brand experience, improved service, and exciting new offers to be launched in the coming weeks - all part of the company’s effort to better meet the needs of modern, connected lives in the Federation.
