BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – POLICE have identified the victim of Wednesday’s (July 2) shooting in Godwin Ghaut as 37-year-old Bradley Marsham, a resident of the area.
The incident occurred sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., leaving Marsham with gunshot injuries.
According to initial investigations, the shooting followed a verbal altercation between Marsham and another man. Police reported that the suspect fired multiple shots, striking Marsham twice in the body.
Marsham was transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital, where he received treatment and is currently warded in stable condition.
This shooting is the latest in a series of recent gun-related incidents across the Federation, heightening public concern over national security and the continued flow of illegal firearms onto the streets of St. Kitts and Nevis.
