Two New Year’s Day babies

Proud mother Jurene Drew holds her bundle in the incubator Room

    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, JANUARY 4TH 2009 (CUOPM) – Two mothers gave birth to the Federation’s New Year’s Day babies last Friday.
     
    Ms. Anesta Liddie of Buckley’s Housing Development, Basseterre, delivered Tajen Anisley Liddie, seven pound 12 ounces boy at 7:03 A.M.
     
    Four pound ten ounces Juniqua Dimples Angel Drew was delivered by caesarean section at 3:41 p.m. to Jurene Drew of Farms Site, Sandy Point. The baby is in the incubator room.
     
    Both were born at the Joseph N. France General Hospital in St. Kitts. There was no birth at the Pogson Medical Center in Sandy Point, St. Kitts or the Alexandra Hospital in Nevis.
     
    Both mothers and babies are doing fine.
