Daniel Hurtado named Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Nevis

    Seasoned Culinary Leader Brings Global Luxury Hospitality Expertise To The Caribbean Resort

     

    NEVIS, WEST INDIES (July 25, 2025) – Four Seasons Resort Nevis, a premier Caribbean destination renowned for its luxury and exceptional service, announces the appointment of Daniel Hurtado as its new Executive Chef. With more than 20 years of international culinary and hospitality experience, Chef Hurtado brings a refined expertise in luxury resort operations, menu innovation, and team leadership to his new role in Nevis.

    In his role as Executive Chef, Hurtado will oversee culinary operations at the Resort’s four distinctive dining venues: On the Dune, EsQuilina, Mango, and Kastawey Beach Bar, as well as private dining experiences, beach dinners and in room dining. His leadership will focus on innovative menu development, exceptional guest service and team empowerment to deliver memorable culinary journeys.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he combines global techniques with local flavours to create compelling dining concepts that resonate with diverse palates.
