4. Subject and Quantity of Procurement
TTM is requesting venue and related services rental for a 3-day event from 8th to 10th September 2025 with the following specifications:
i. Indoor venue with air conditioning, able to accommodate 150 persons
ii. At least 10 round tables, 5 rectangular tables, and 160 chairs
iii. 5 microphones, 2 podiums, projector & screen, Wi-Fi, and IT setup
iv. Daily lunch catering for 150 participants (total 450 lunch boxes)
v. Large open space for layout and setup.
5. Requirements
Quotation must include:
i. Venue rental fees
ii. Audio-visual and IT equipment
iii. Table and chair rental
iv. Catering costs
Payment terms:
i. 50% deposit upon contract signing
ii. The remaining 50% due before the event date
iii. All payments must be made from a registered business account (no personal accounts are accepted), and the business must have a valid business license.

8. Time for Opening Receipt of Tender
Open bidding should begin at 09:00 a.m. on August 25th (Tuesday), 2025. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to the TTM office for the opening session.
