BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — THE Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has filed additional charges against Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, as investigations into drug-related offences continue.
On Thursday (Aug. 21), police confirmed that Welsh was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Supply. The alleged offences occurred on August 13, 2025, in Lower Monkey Hill.
Earlier this month, Welsh had already been charged in connection with the same date and location for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply, and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
