WASHINGTON, DC -- THE United States Court of Appeal for the Federal District ruled that most of the Trump Administration’s tariffs are illegal.
The ruling was handed down this evening, shaking up the global economic landscape which as the plan remains in at least until October 14.
Media reports suggest that the administration is likely to appeal the decision to the US Supreme Court.
Since taking office, the administrationhas used the tariffs as means to pressure countries to tow the line in its reshuffling to implement its “America first police”.
