BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — POLICE have launched an investigation into a fatal traffic collision that occurred along the Island Main Road at Almond Walk/Belle Vue around 9:00 p.m. on November 25, 2025.
The accident involved two pickup trucks driven by Steve Taylor and Andre Patrick, both of Saddlers, St. Kitts.
According to preliminary reports, both vehicles were travelling west toward Belle Vue, with Mr. Patrick’s vehicle in front. As Mr. Taylor exited the corner entering Belle Vue from the Tabernacle direction, his pickup collided with the rear of Mr. Patrick’s vehicle, causing severe injuries to Mr. Taylor.
Emergency Medical Services and the Tabernacle Fire & Rescue Services responded, and Mr. Taylor was transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital. He was pronounced dead upon arrival. Mr. Patrick sustained minor injuries.
