CHARLESTOWN, Nevis — THE Police Force is continuing investigations into a shooting incident that occurred on Wednesday night (Nov. 26) at Maddens Estate, Nevis.
According to preliminary reports from the police’s Public Relations Department, the incident took place between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., when Vance Thomas and Peter D’Aguiar were in the yard of their residence. It was at that time that an unknown assailant—or assailants—approached and opened fire.
Both men sustained gunshot injuries and were transported to the Alexandra Hospital, where they remain admitted on the surgical ward in stable condition.
