BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — POLICE have charged a second man in connection with the 2024 murder of Kelvin Millard of Cayon, marking further progress in the investigation.
Romeo “OG” Browne of Cayon was formally charged with murder on February 3, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station. He now joins 24-year-old Dijon “Baby” Dore of Hermitage, Cayon, who was previously charged with the same offence.
Millard, 30, of Upper Cayon, was found lifeless inside his vehicle in the Cabbage Tree area on January 21, 2024. Police said the incident occurred between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. along the island’s main road.
Reports indicate that Millard was accosted by two armed men and shot. In an apparent attempt to escape, his vehicle crashed a short distance from where the shooting took place.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
