- First certified graduates from Technician Pathways; 583 technicians now enrolled in programme
Miami, FLORIDA (March 13, 2026) -- Liberty Caribbean, the operators of Flow, Liberty Business and BTC, is proudly celebrating three of its technicians who recently earned professional certifications from the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE). The newly certified technicians are Amraz Hosein from Trinidad & Tobago and Lamar Uffer from Jamaica, who both earned Broadband Premises Installer (BPI) Certifications; and Antwon Walter from the Cayman Islands, who earned a Broadband Wireless Specialist (BWS) Certification.
Their achievement marks the first tangible success of the company’s Technician Pathways initiative launched in 2025 and underscores a wider organisational investment in technical excellence and workforce development across the region.
“Their success is the first milestone from Technician Pathways, a programme designed to professionalise field roles, raise service standards and create clear career progression for technicians across Liberty Caribbean’s footprint.
